Questions

What counts as "used"?

Your video counts as used if we post it on our Instagram or TikTok feed, use it in a paid ad, or feature it on our website or in an email.
When and how do I get my reward?

We'll email you within 7 days of first using your video. If you chose cash, we'll ask for your bank details and pay £50. If you chose store credit, £100 is added to the Buff Browz account linked to the email you submitted with.
Can I submit more than one video?

Yes, as many as you like. Each video needs its own submission, and you'll be rewarded for every one we use.
Do I need a Buff Browz account for store credit?

Store credit is added to the account registered to your email. If you don't have an account, we'll help you set one up before adding your credit.
What if my video is over 100MB?

Try exporting it in 1080p rather than 4K, which usually brings it well under the limit. Videos must be MP4, MOV, M4V or WEBM.
Will I hear back if my video isn't used?

We review every submission, but we're only able to contact creators whose videos we use. Unused submissions are deleted after 12 months.
Can I still post the video on my own channels?

Yes. It's still your content, and sharing it with us doesn't stop you posting it yourself. Tag @buffbrowz when you do!
