If you to upgrade your brow treatments to a luxury deluxe brow spa you need to get these brow prep, I got the full set as it was more value than buying all separately. The brow balm wow it’s incredible, gutted I didn’t get them sooner.

Never got my order. Reached out for contact twice, no answer. Would still like product replacement, but extremely frustrated and how long this has taken and zero response BOTH times I had reached out. Not sure how to get my moneys worth or anything you can do. If you are unable to send me a new one I would just like my money back. Thank you
